Nervous system regulation & somatic support

Somatic support means working with the body, breath and awareness to understand how stress, emotions and habits show up in everyday life.I offer one-to-one sessions for adults who feel overwhelmed, stressed, emotionally unsettled or disconnected from themselves.I also organise workshops and events for businesses and groups.My work combines mindfulness, breathwork, gentle body-based practices and grounded conversation to support more calm, awareness and balance in everyday life.

Sessions may support you if:

-> you have sleep difficulties
-> you feel emotionally unsettled
-> you have been under long-term stress
-> you need a calm and trustworthy space to talk
-> you are adjusting to life in a new country or environment

Individual or some group classes can be held online, but whenever possible I prefer to host sessions near Sion historical centre- in my home studio. Sepping away from your usual environment can already be impactful part of the practice!

Alongside formal studies, I also bring years of personal inner work, life experience and practical experience working with people navigating ADHD, overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation.
